Build a performance department of the future

This one-year programme allows you to earn a Level 4 qualification while working as a Data Analyst. You'll collect, organise and study data to deliver business insights, working on varied projects and supporting different stakeholders. You'll develop skills in data analysis, data structures, big data and tools and processes for data integration.

As part of the experience, you'll be working with Kitman Labs, the world's leading sports science and performance intelligence company - a unique opportunity to apply your data skills within a cutting-edge, high performance environment.

The data lifecycle and steps in routine data analysis

Types of data and differences between structured and unstructured data

Basics of data structures, databases and their maintenance

Applying data classification principles

Using data systems securely and in line with organisational and legal standards

DATA ANALYSIS & QUALITY

Identifying and escalating data quality risks with mitigation ideas

Gathering customer requirements and applying them in analytics planning

Identifying data sources and assessing risks in combining them

Core statistical, analytical and ethical principles for data use

Following all stages of the data analysis lifecycle

Analysing data across different structures and database designs

User experience and domain context considerations in analytics
