The Level 3 Team Leader apprenticeship is an opportunity for individuals at the start of their career in leadership and management, or those in management roles who wish to develop their understanding of leadership and management skills.
This programme will develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours of individuals who are responsible for managing a team or project, to provide direction, instructions and guidance to ensure the achievement of set goals.
Duration: In Learning 13 months | End Point Assessment 4 months

in helping to shape and drive high performance.
