The Level 3 Leisure Duty Manager apprenticeship is for those managing the day to day ‘front line’ operation of a leisure facility. These facilities will vary in size and the services available.
This apprenticeship programme will support your staff to ensure that your facility is prepared for use in accordance with the planned activity programme and that all areas are maintained to the highest possible standards of safety, cleanliness, security and operational effectiveness.
Duration: 15-18 months
During the Level 3 Leisure Duty Manager, your staff will develop a range of knowledge, skills and behaviours, including:
